Last minute experiment

On the night before submissions, I had to mix the chemicals and prep for assessments. And this is important because if the chemicals are mixed wrongly or do not react like how it is supposed to be, then the purpose of the outcome will be useless.

However, when I was mixing the chemicals, one of them turned into another colour instead of the previous purple colour. Instead of purple/red, it is blue now. I am not sure if it is a bad thing, but as long as the colour reaction occurs, then the outcome will be safe.

So I tested all of them out and it works, just that previous one of the liquids will turn blue from purple. However this time, it remains a little close to blue. And all of the colour changes were more pastel now compared to the previous time.

So, is this a blessing in disguise?
