So far, after spending so much time using the distiller I have yet to give it a name and identity. I was also planning to have a more interesting name instead of going by the original scientific and default name. Inspired by the theory memory a storage for retrieval and curiosity allows us to have experiences and experiences makes memories that are potential inspirations in the future. I have decided to name the whole kit to be the Scent Memory Box since it is a space to store memory and smell triggers memory.
Also, I named the distiller to be called Scentilizer. Inspired by the word crystallise which is a chemical reaction, being artificial and a process of liquid turning into solid. I looked at the opposite of the term crystallise and formed up the word scentilize. It is also a process which is artificial but changes solid to liquid.
Last but not least, I have thought about packaging my final outcome into a kit. And it can be subscribed by designers which makes it more personal, to experience personally instead of a service. All you have to do is write down your details on a postcard, send it out and wait for your own Scent Memory Box to arrive!
